Recipe Links – Soups/Stews/Chilis

soup-1006694_960_720Soups were really tough for me.  I LOVE potato-based soups, but I’ve found that using cauliflower is quite satisfying.  Whether it is substituting potatoes, rice or pasta… it works.  Who knew?   I also love Stews and Chilis too.

background-2277_960_720As a bread, cookie and cake carbaholic I knew I was going to have trouble with going low carb.  But even though I started out low Net Carb to lose weight, gradually I am able to raise my Net Carbs and add in some favorites albeit altered to use almond and coconut flours (usually) instead of wheat flour.  Give these a try!  I’m always trying new ones out and will add them as I find them.
