As a bread, cookie and cake carbaholic I knew I was going to have trouble with going low carb. But even though I started out low Net Carb to lose weight, gradually I am able to raise my Net Carbs and add in some favorites albeit altered to use almond and coconut flours (usually) instead of wheat flour. Give these a try! I’m always trying new ones out and will add them as I find them.
