Spinach Dip


Spinach Dip

Spinach Dip our family has made for decades.

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix dry mix
  • 10 ounces Spinach frozen, chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Onion grated or finely chopped
  • Garlic Powder to taste


  1. Defrost spinach.

  2. Wring excess water out of spinach and separate.

  3. In a bowl, add ingredients to spinach and mix well.

  4. Let stand in refrigerator 24-hours before serving.

  5. Serve with celery or crackers of your choice.

I haven't made this recipe this year, but when I do I will post a picture!

Oh I know, I'm using a mix but just like Lipton's Onion Soup Mix can be used to flavor so many things... so does the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix!
