Low Carb Cole Slaw

The perfect blend of sweet, sour and salt.  Husband says it is the best he's had yet!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cole Slaw Mix
  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Truvia Baking Blend
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • dash Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celery Seed

Instructions

  1. Mix all together.

  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour to let ingredients meld.

This is a mix of my grandfather's recipe and mother-in-law's recipe... and well just the things I like in cole slaw!
