Hot Artichoke Dip

A delicious Artichoke Dip recipe our family has made for decades.

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cans Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • Garlic Powder to taste


  1. Blend mayonnaise and sour cream in a mixing bowl.  

  2. Add artichoke hearts and Parmesan cheese.  (Add garlic powder to taste.)

  3. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees.  

  4. Allow hot dip to stand at least 5 minutes before serving.

  5. Serve with celery or favorite crackers.
