A delicious stuffed jalapeno low carb snack, hors d'oeuvres or even a meal.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Rinse the jalapenos(and then dry them. Slice them lengthwise.. Using a spoon, scrape out the seeds and white ribs inside each half. Discard of the ribs and seeds.
Mix the other ingredients together. Using a spoon, fill each half with the mixture.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
