A low carb version of those wonderful cinnamon sugar nuts.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Place pecans in a bowl. Add water. Mix with hands until all pecans are moistened.
In separate bowl, mix together Truvia, cinnamon and salt.
Pour Truvia mix over pecans and mix with hands making sure pecans are evenly coated.
Pour pecans onto a NON STICK foil lined baking sheet. Spread out evenly.
Bake 15 minutes, turning nuts half way through.
Remove from oven and cool.
Place in airtight plastic container or gallon size food storage bag.
I made these for Thanksgiving 2017 and no one could tell these weren't made entirely with sugar. Success!!!
